Instead of sending us to a doctor, AmCare gives us an Advil and sends us home without pay.<\/p>\n<p>By not reporting work accidents, Amazon avoids paying penalties to the CNESST because of its high accident rate. Amazon makes huge profits, at the expense of the health and safety of its employees.<\/p>\n<p>Join the union.
